This information form outlines the details that make the Founders & Prophets tour possible, including legal status and behavior guidelines.
 
First, the Registration and Payment of Fees. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Deposit is $500, which is non-refundable and non-transferrable and holds your place on the tour or the waiting list. The first installment payment is due February 29, 2024, and the second installment is due March 30, 2024.
 
There are two categories of fees: 1) Deposits, and 2) Tour Fees. Deposits are $500 (deducted from the total amount due) and hold a spot on the tour. Tour Fees are all remaining fees to be paid for a participant to attend the tour. 100% of Deposits are non-refundable. These funds are spent immediately to secure bookings for the tour participant. 100% of Tour Fees are refundable before March 30, 2024 and 50% of Tour Fees are refundable after March 30, 2024 and before April 30, 2024. No refunds will be issued after April 30, 2024.
 
Waiver of Liability
 
The following waiver limits the Company’s liability on the 2024 Founders and Prophets Tour (the “Tour”). By signing below, the Participant and/or the Participant’s legal guardian(s) (“Participant”):
 

1. acknowledges that the initial $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable and that the Tour fee includes all hotel accommodations, bus travel, airport transfers (airfare not included), attraction admissions, Broadway show admission, Statue of Liberty Tour, Amusement Park Admission, Breakfast every morning and other group meals provided during the Tour

1. elects to voluntarily participate, being fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating on the Tour, which includes the use of private charter bus transportation, and may include the use of public transportation such as shuttle, metro, subway, bus, boat, and/or train

 

1. acknowledges that the Tour Participant will be immediately dismissed from the Tour and transportation home will be at their own expense in the event of misconduct on the Tour

 

1. indemnifies, releases, waives and holds harmless Sacred Steps, LLC and/or it’s affiliates, sponsors, cosponsors or partners (the “Company” or “Companies”), including any officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and/or related companies or individuals associated with the Company and the Tour from and against any and all harm, injury, liability, losses, damages, costs, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party; whether caused by the active or passive negligence of all or any of the released parties

 

1. grants the right and consent to the Company to use, publish and copyright his/ her likeness, performance, voice and identity, in still and/or motion picture photography taken on the Tour, for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, trade, commercial and editorial usage in any medium now known or later developed anywhere in the world without compensation to the Participant

 

1. acknowledges that in the event the Tour is delayed or prevented by reason of fire, threatened or actual strike, labor difficulty, work stoppage, insurrection, war, pandemic, public disaster, flood, unavoidable casualty, bus failure, acts of God, or the elements (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes), or other causes beyond the control of the Company (“Force Majeure” events), there shall be no refund of the deposit fee, Tour fee, or any other costs to the Participant in connection with the Tour
